I had a lot of practice find sources that would be help my writing assignments. For example, as an exercise, we did Markel 548 “Exercises” #1, that was meant to find two lab reports and compare them to each other to see what they did that was different as a memo. My first step I took was to look for academic lab reports which I knew I could find on the CCNY data base that was a library resource, making it easy for students to find research. Not only was it easy to find lab reports then searching in google but I knew that each lab report wen t through various review for it to be on the CCNY database.
